Decreasing global poverty has been a top priority for world leaders, NGOs, World Bank and concerned individuals for many years now. Unfortunately all the attempts to reduce global poverty are not really working and will probably never works. There are many NGOs that are doing a great job yet their strategy is not that effective and due to too much bureaucracy and its related expenses, it is impossible to reach more neediest people, while some NGOs are only taking advantage of poor people for their personal gain. Some of the positive cultural conduct of some people are even most of the time misunderstood and considered to be poverty; thus source of revenue. INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE PAYING THE PRICE OF THE SELFISHNESS OF OUR LEADERS

We keep hearing about billions (Gross expenses anyway) that is said to have been spending on development programs. Developing countries' debts has gone so high that they are paying noticeably more to their foreign creditors than their revenue from the investment of the foreign debts. Since staggering amount of that money has been lodged in different Western banks by some of the corrupt and shameless developing countries leaders who are still holding on to the inherited culture of their colonial leaders (selfishness and greediness.) This is a double-winning situation for Western countries so Western leaders who are very perfect in playing every game have no problem with unlawful transactions. Some foods is giving back to the poor people anyway.

The incalculable natural wealth and ecosystems of many of the so-called developing countries are endangered by insatiable Western consumption and are barely available to their populations. Yet we hardly heard of what developing countries are supplying to the Western World and it is uncertain if we will ever hear of the total amount of the money that are legally and illegally lodged in Western banks from developing countries. The only thing we are hearing in the West about developing countries is bad news; source of revenue of some people while destroying the image of most of the countries, especially Africa that has all it takes to be the richest continent on earth.

Foodstuffs are one of what developing countries are supplying to the Western World but the number of hungry people in developing countries is increasing. Most of the foodstuffs from developing countries are still taking away through unfair trading practices as it has been for centuries, unfair trading practice is contributing to the crisis in developing country's agriculture as being a farmer has never been that interesting and climate problem probable added more to the disaster.
